• Send OTP verification codes via WhatsApp or Email to authenticate your identity

• Show nearby stores based on your location

4. WhatsApp Messaging

We use the Meta WhatsApp Business API to send OTP verification codes and order notifications to your WhatsApp number. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via WhatsApp without your explicit consent.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details or banking information on our servers. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data as long as your account is active or as required by law.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (Supabase, Razorpay, Meta WhatsApp API) and only to the extent required to provide the service.
