Yes. You need to sign in using OTP so we can securely manage your orders and updates.

3. How are delivery charges calculated?

Delivery charges depend on store settings, order value, and your location distance from the store.

4. What payment methods are supported?

Online payments are processed through secure payment partners. Available methods are shown at checkout.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can request cancellation/modification before order processing starts. Approval depends on store status.

6. I did not receive OTP. What should I do?

Wait a moment and retry. Ensure your number/email is correct and network is stable. If issue continues, contact support.

7. How do I update my address?

Use the location/address option from the app header or checkout flow to update your delivery location.
